Poetry: “Windshield”

Racine’s reflections
Refract his passion
Celsius degrees
Spawn slavery
Seditious sun-drops
Strain for release
Stitches bleed
Undone at the seams
Curdling screams
Bursting to beam
Windshield perceives
Weeping trickles of
Frosted-steam
Streams
Conic comet trails
Trek transient thimbles
Thumb prints
Thread through
Slippered-glass needles
Cubic zirconia
Snow-melt
Smithereens
Sparkle-bling
Shot to chaser
Encrypted tracer
Fire-water
Evaporates
Effervescent
Efffulgence
Elocution
Indulgence
Speak
Easy
End
Sweetly
Revolution
Replete
